Eisenbach

Randy Eisenbach
Chief Executive Officer

Randy Eisenbach joined the Printronix team in 2008 and was named chief executive officer in 2009. As senior vice president of business development, Eisenbach lead the acquisition of TallyGenicom. Before joining Printronix, Eisenbach served as the chief operating officer of Corel Corp. Responsible for its restructuring and acquisition integration efforts, Eisenbach guided Corel through three acquisitions that transformed the $100 million privately held company into a $250 million publicly traded company. He also served as the president and COO of Enseo Corp. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s of business administration from Texas Tech University.

Longmore-Grund

Rhonda Longmore-Grund
Chief Financial Officer

Rhonda Longmore-Grund joined the Printronix team in 2009 with an extensive background in finance. Most recently, she was the vice president of global information systems finance and support services at Ingram Micro. During her six years at Ingram Micro Longmore-Grund was responsible for global IT finance, IT project management and global IT vendor management. She also held the role of director and regional controller within Ingram Micro's $1 billion Latin American division. Longmore-Grund holds a bachelor of arts in economics and political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also holds a master of arts in law and diplomacy in international business relations, international business and economic law and international conflict resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Ching

Albert Ching
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Asia-Pacific

Albert Ching began his career with Printronix AG, a branch of Printronix Inc., in 1987. During his tenure with Printronix Ching has served in the sales and marketing division in Singapore as a regional and then area sales manager. His current responsibilities include creating, implementing and directing sales and marketing strategies to build market share, increase distribution and OEM channels and ensure that profitability objectives are met. Prior to joining Printronix, Ching was responsible for sales and product management at technology companies, including Total Computer System and Texas Instruments. He holds degrees in electronics, telecommunication and sales and marketing. He earned a bachelor of business in marketing with a minor in finance from Curtin University in Australia.

Frans Ditmer
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, EMEA

Frans Ditmer joined Printronix in February 2011 and leads the sales and channel marketing teams in the geographically and culturally diverse EMEA region. Prior to joining Printronix, Ditmer held a number of international sales, business development and general management positions at Ricoh Europe BV and Wacom Europe Gmbh. While at Wacom, his leadership guided the company in successful geographic expansion and new business development resulting in significant increases in revenue and profitability. Frans holds an International Executive MBA degree from the University of Twente, Netherlands, as well as an Economics degree from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.

Mathewes

Bill Mathewes
Vice President, Worldwide Engineering and Chief Technical Officer

Bill Mathewes joined Printronix, Inc. in 1992. His primary responsibilities include providing corporate technical direction and strategic insight while directing global development resources. Throughout his career with Printronix, Mathewes has built and/or led various product teams, including line matrix product team and the laser and thermal printer development teams. In addition, he has delivered more than 30 printers and supporting products to market for Printronix. Prior to joining Printronix, Mathewes worked for MAI Basic Four, a mini computer company. Mathewes earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Meza

Francine Meza
Vice President, Human Resources

Francine Meza joined Printronix in August 2009 and serves as the vice president of human resources. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of global human resources including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Meza has more than 20 years experience in global human resource management. Before Printronix, she held the positions of senior vice president of human resources with Advanced Medical Optics Inc. and vice president of human resources, worldwide operations at Allergan Inc. Meza holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from the University of Redlands and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

  Mark Edwards

Mark Edwards
Senior Vice President, Global Sales Marketing

Mark Edwards joined Printronix in October 2011 after holding a variety of senior executive sales, marketing and general management roles. He is responsible for leading the company’s global sales, marketing, customer engagement and channel management strategies. Experienced in hardware platforms, systems, software and services Edwards has directed significant growth and sales success in key executive leadership positions with Unisys, QLogic and most recently SOASTA, a leader in the emerging field of cloud testing. Edwards earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Cass Business School at the City University, London.

Sean Irby

Sean Irby
Vice President, Global Operations

Sean Irby joined the Printronix team in May 2011 with more than 25 years of manufacturing operations management experience in the electronics industry. His primary responsibilities include streamlining Printronix supply chain and sourcing operations, cost reduction and process improvement. Prior to joining Printronix, Sean was the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations at Star Trac-Unisen, a $200M commercial fitness equipment manufacturer with multiple plants and five international subsidiaries. He has extensive experience in the development of manufacturing partnerships in Mexico, China, India, Taiwan and Vietnam. Sean’s career history also includes senior operations management roles at Epson, Lantronix and Toshiba. He holds a BS in Engineering from Auburn University and a MS in Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
